Minimum Orders
Our Minumum Order for stock items is $5.00 (US)
unless otherwise listed.
Minimum Orders for custom items such as;
custom shaped awards, etc. depends on the
item itself. Contact Us for more information.
Item Returns
All sales are final unless the item was damaged
in shipping or if we mis-engraved the item.
If the item was damaged in shipping, we need to
be informed within 15 days and we will file a
claim with the shipper (USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex).
Once the claim is approved, we will replace the
item at no additional coast to you.
If we mis-engraved the item (spelling error on our
part, etc.) we need to be notified within 10 days.
We will then either make a new item at no additioal
coast to you or refund you for the item(s) in question
(your choice).
Payment Options
All orders (unless an account has been set up for you)
must be paid at time of pickup. For shipped orders
orders must be pre-paid or shipped COD.
(extra fee for COD shipments).
Shipped order can be paid with Credit Cards
(via Paypal),
or by Check, Money Order, or Direct Deposit.
Orders paid by personal check are subject
to a 10 day hold.
Orders Not Received
We use USPS, UPS and FED-EX for all our shipping.
Sometimes these companies do not get the packages
to their destination. If your shipped order has not
been received, please inform us within 35 days
of your quoted ship date.
We will try our best to track your order and
replace it if nessesary.
Canceled Orders
On canceled orders we may need to charge you
with a cancelation fee as well as any needed
restocking fees. We will inform you of this
amount upon cancelation.
The Cancelation Fee is to cover any time and
work done on your order before you canceled.
The Restocking Fee is to cover the fees to ship
stock back to any suppliers or warehouse. This
is especially in the case of large orders or
custom orders.
Once an order is done (or almost done) we will
not accept cancelations. If you need to cancel
please do so right away.
